Is this therapy?
No. Young Phenoms Academy is a leadership and mentorship program, not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Boys build confidence, discipline, and a real career roadmap in a positive group setting. If a family ever needs clinical support, we’ll help connect you with the right licensed care.
Is my son safe? Who’s in the room?
Every session is live on video and supervised the whole time. Our founder is a background-checked, licensed clinician and U.S. Army veteran. You get a parent update after sessions, and you are always welcome to sit in. Child safety is taken seriously, professionally and personally.
Where and when do sessions happen?
Live online, on video. Same link every week, and he can join from anywhere. The next cohort starts Thursday, August 6. The join link is sent right after enrollment.
What ages is this for?
Boys ages 11–17. Sessions are grouped so every boy is challenged at his level.
What’s the weekly time commitment?
One live online group session per week (about 75 minutes) plus a weekly challenge he completes on his own time. If he has to miss a week, we’ll catch him up at the next session.
